Thank you for your online order, we hope that you are happy with your new purchase. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we offer a refund service provided the following guidelines are abided by:
- All items must be unopened and/or unused
- Clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached
- Once clothing has been worn and/or washed it cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items must be sent back within 14 calendar days from the date you received the order
If you are happy with the requirements above, please fill out the slip below and send back the item/s in sufficient packaging to avoid damage of goods in transit.
EXCHANGES
We cannot hold stock for exchanges therefore in order to exchange your item please submit a new order online, the original order will be refunded on receipt of return.
REFUNDS
If you want to send back your order for a refund, please email us with the subject line “RETURN – ORDER NO: XXXX & ITEM(s)”
For your protection, please ensure you return your goods via recorded or registered post. We will not be held responsible for lost items.
*Please note that you will not be refunded the initial postage cost unless a mistake has been made by PUBLIC INT.
Payments will be refunded back on to your original card or PayPal account, allow up to 4 working days for the refund to clear upon receipt of the item. Please note that only the cost of the original item is refundable.
RETURNING FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
We will happily refund the cost of your postage if the item you are returning is faulty or was incorrectly sent. PUBLIC INT. cannot be held responsible for any returns parcel lost in the post, therefore please keep your Postage receipt as proof of postage.
*For any returns outside the UK be sure to correctly fill out any customs documentation and mark as ‘Return’. We do not accept responsibility for any fees associated with items held in customs.
